THE VIDEO PRODUCTION PROCESS
DESIGNED FOR EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY
1. CREATIVE BRIEF
Fill out our creative brief and submit it.
We do all the heavy lifting.
The brief helps us better understand your business and the purpose of the video to be produced.
2. COLLABORATION
We review the brief and start to discuss possible concepts and ideas with you.
We discuss your product/service further to make sure we have a very strong understanding of the subject matter.
3. SCRIPTING & STORYBOARDING
Create entire video on paper, if needed, before the first shot is ever recorded.
Create or receive shot list.
These plans act as a blueprint for your video's successful creation.
4. VOICE TALENT
Some videos come across best if the business owner or a spokesperson presents the information or is interviewed in a candid fashion.
Other videos are best presented by professional voice-over talent.
We have several voice-over talents to choose from, both male and female, as well as the ability to record your spokesperson’s voice-over.
5. SCHEDULE SHOOT & PRODUCE IT
Once the final concept is approved, we schedule a date and time to begin shooting.
You’re provided with documentation explaining the shooting process
We address any questions you might have.
The day of your shoot, we arrive on-location and/or meet with you at our studio space to commence production.
The script/shot list is followed closely, so that all the necessary elements are captured for the final edit of your video.
6. EDITING, MOTION GRAPHICS, & MUSIC
Edit footage with the option of copyright-free music of your choosing plus any scripted motion design graphic elements (such as animated logos, animated titles, etc). If you have music you'd like to use in particular or need a custom score for your video, we can provide it.
Add color correction, color grading, video filters, and any other video enhancements as needed.
Edit is completed and uploaded to the web for your approval.
Revision requests can be made, they are implemented, and the video is re-uploaded for your review. This process repeats until your final approval.
7. VIDEO IS FINALIZED
Once the final edit is approved, the video is delivered at the highest possible quality.
Formats include DVD, Blu-ray, and Quicktime MOV (ProRes and h.264) for computer and Internet playback.
We keep a master version of your video on hand, backed up and secure, for up to 12 months at no additional cost.
